Are these clothes for Men or Women?

JeanPaulxo's brand is an all inclusive unisex clothing line, where high fashion meets accessibility. All apparel should range from a XS - XL. All product is tested, and given feedback to the manufacturer to best support of both genders. Some pieces may be more feminine or masculine by nature, but that doesn't mean you won't be able to rock it! View images of the models for a better idea of how the item may fit.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on orders over $75, based on the amount you spend, you will be eligible for free shipping. Please view the checkout options for your specific location.


My Order was damaged, what do I do now?

Please contact us as soon as you receive the package, and send us a photo of the damaged items. We will then see what the next best steps are for the items purchased.


How do I purchase an item that is out of stock?

You may click on a "Notify Me" button on the page to get an email once we restock the inventory. 


What does Pre Order do to an item out of stock?

Pre Orders allow for you to reserve your item, in color and size until we receive the product on hand. Once the order is available, we will begin to process your order the next business day.


What does Subscribe & Save option mean?

JeanPaulXO LLC offers select items from the Core / Essentials page to be apart of a 'Subscribe & Save' option. This allows for you to receive VIP access to the item on a yearly basis. There may be discounts included when you subscribe. Only Core / Essential items will be apart of this program, and you may cancel after 2 years of subscription. There will be additional discounts to items if purchased through a subscription service (with other incentives as time progresses).


When are orders processed?

Orders may be processed Mon-Fri, 1 business day after the order was placed.

If you requested express shipping on Friday, we will try our best to fulfill the order the same day, but there is no guarantee that it will be delivered within the next business day due to what time the order was placed.


How do I return an item?

Any return or exchange on FULL-PRICE merchandise will be accepted by mail within 14 days of the date you received the merchandise. You will provide the return shipping, and product must be in the condition of which it was received. There will be a 3% restocking fee. All sales and discounted products are FINAL.


Returns may be requested via Self Service by logging into your account:

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

Click the order that you want to submit the return for. 

If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return. 4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
